mister_sticks - A European card that's not on BT Sport or any UK or Irish channel.
What a way to take care of their European fan base.
The UFC are completely fucking clueless when it comes to the European market.
I've noticed so many more people taking interest in MMA/UFC with the emergence of Ronda, and Conor, but they don't seem to know how to take advantage of this.
It's a rarity that we get to watch a UFC event at a reasonable hour over here, and when we do get the chance it's on fucking fight pass. No casual or any non-hardcore fan has fucking fight pass. No new fans will be generated from this event.
The BAMMA card I'm going to in 3 weeks time is much better than this card. I feel bad for the fans who have paid out for what was a good event, that then had no effort to be repaired as it fell foul of the injury bug.

Could have swore this was on FS1- did they demote it down to shitty fight pass after Miocic had to pull out of his fight?..
No always been fight pass. I feel like I want to subscribe, certainly not for this fight, but I got a ton of questions about it first. I think it's a little high priced, 7-8 a month like Netflix was doing at first would get me , but fight pass does have a shit ton of content, I just need to know if a fight pass account can be logged into different devices and enjoyed in different places.
Sorry long winded, but to awnser ur question it was always going to be on fight pass
Devil_ - Yeah, I don't watch for the names I watch for the fights.
Really though? You don't get excited when you see Ando or Fedor or Diaz step in the ring? Those are just blank slates that you will judge upon their fights? I think the fights are still enjoyable and people get hung up on name recognition, but a card is certainly more entertaining when there are higher profile fighters on it...
I think with no real fault of the UFC this is the weakest card they've EVER put out. If anyone can show me another one that had less name recognition or significant/important high stAkes fights on it please remind me.... I'm thinking back on the FUEL days where you would see stacked fight nights or UFC 100 type cards...ahhh the good ole days.
Media Monster - It's funny how people are writing this card off already. Probably the same "fans" of the sport who missed that insane Bellator card last night.
I agree, That bellator card was better in paper than this IMO.
I'm interested in seeing a few prospects like Breese but this is an insanely weak card on paper as far as name recognition, but I agree... The fights themselves could be amazing, but theres just no one fighting who gets me too excited. I'll be watching.
