To take the piss means to break someone’s balls. Or banter.

To take a piss means to urinate.

Pissing it down means it’s raining.

A piss take means something is unacceptable. For instance my bus got delayed 6 hours and now I will miss my flight to Hong Kong. An absolute piss take.
