US Grappling Chicago continues our practical prizes for absolute division winners! If you win the adult men or women's gi absolute division, you get a FREE GI! That's any skill level, white through black. If you win the adult men or women's no-gi absolute division, you get a free pair of board shorts and rashguard with the US Grappling logo! This is for any skill level, novice through advanced!

Tentative Event Schedule
Note – the schedule is tentative. We will adhere as closely to the schedule as possible, but some divisions may take longer than anticipated. The schedule may change as the event date approaches.
Friday Night Weigh ins (optional): 7:30 – 9:30 PM at the venue
Saturday weigh ins begin – 8:00 AM
Weigh ins end for all no gi divisions: 9:30 AM SHARP
Rules meeting 10:45 AM
Not before 11:00: Men’s Advanced No Gi
Not before 11:00: Women’s No Gi (All skills)
Not before 11:00: 30+ No Gi (All skills)
Not before 11:30: Men’s Intermediate No Gi
Weigh ins end for all Gi Divisions 12:00 PM SHARP
Not before 1:00: Men’s Beginner No Gi
Not before 1:00: Men’s Novice No Gi
Not before 2:00: Men’s Purple/Brown/Black (these are separate divisions)
Not before 2:00: Women’s Gi (All belts)
Not before 3:00: 30+ Gi (All belts)
Not before 4:00: Men’s Blue Belt
Not before 4:00: Men’s White Belt
The absolute divisions will begin when the weight classes for that belt or skill have finished. For example, when all of the men’s advanced no gi divisions have finished, we will begin the men’s advanced absolute. The last division of the day will be the men’s white belt absolute.
Today is probably the last day to register for US Grappling Chicago and get a free event T-shirt. They actually came out looking very sharp.

We're coming up on the last 24 hours of online pre-registration for US Grappling Chicago. Registering and paying online is the only way to be certain you'll have a spot in the tournament, since we're capping registration at 500!

We're all very excited to run this event, and we want to make sure it runs smoothly! You can help us by showing up on time to weigh ins, either Friday night at the venue (preferred) from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, or at the assigned times for weigh ins on Saturday (8-9:30 AM for anyone doing a no-gi division, and up to noon if you're only competing in the gi).
