a lot of regular people in LA live in $2mil houses, with the difference Wand probably paid it up front instead of mortgaging it for 20 years like most people have to do.

From the sounds of it (a few buddies went and trained with him so this is just a second hand impression) Wand has made a series of sound investments that will continue to pay off for probably the rest of his life AND he doesn't overcharge for his gym, rooms in his fighter house (or maybe houses now, I don't know) or merchandise he sells. It's all reasonable, profitable, and sustainable.
2M isn't that much of a shocker... Hell the little horse ranch next door to me sold for 1M...

what these guys forget is that even if you buy the cars, houses outright, every year you have to pay taxes. and taxes on a 120K car and 2 mill house add up. he could be looking at 100K in real estate/excise tax a year on those purchases, and when the checks stop coming, thats when you get in trouble.
