He wasn’t that big before or since. He’s got size but he’s not doing massive doses every day for decades to keep a look like that.

Agreed. I was talking to a friend who works at a retirement home. Recently she was taking care of a woman who just turned 102. Poor lady is miserable, bed ridden, and can barely even communicate anymore. Lingering is the absolute worst.

You're not entirely wrong. It's likely that steroid users often don't have the best diets due to the insane boost to their metabolism but the shit that they eat is likely what causes premature death in a lot of cases. The smart ones probably still have good diets (like Stallone).
