The kids/teenagers that you’d classify as dorks/geeks/nerds were always the types that wore the gi to class and left with it on. To be fair, they probably got instructed to do that by their parents to make things easier and quicker.
In the same age group, the “cool” kids/jock-type athletes/the “bad-asses” were always the guys that NEVER came to class with it on or left with it on.
Well going out wearing your martial arts uniform is really clumsy. But they shouldn’t be classified as dorks. I think they have been generally lazy personalities. But they are actually loyal to what they are learning.
No one will generally wear a rashguard after class but the student who literally loves no-gi class will not want to put them off just considering it sweaty and fitted. It is all about how you take things. Most people wear rashguards for swimming. So don’t think he just came from the no-gi classes. LOL
