I normally don't chime in on threads like this, but I decided I would add my 2 cents.
Ive worked with Paradigm for years...have to say Ive never seen them do anything that I thought was bad for their fighters. They always represent their fighters interests with me (and I deal with them weekly).
Not sure how or why BSF (or who he is of that matter) would start a thread like this.

With MP and Reebok being the exclusive supplement and clothing companies perhaps the two deals you mention wont be worth as much now that they cant be on his next fights. so maybe he is looking for a better paying deal with reebok and MP.
Im just throwing out the possibility that this is strategic for other reasons not just the management companies cut.
