fat burning exercise?
Endurance running?
Sprints?
Swimming?
Cycling?
Rowing?
Rock Climbing?
I was thinking of doing
Mon/Wed/Fri - Endurance running (45-60 mins).
Tues/Thurs/Sat - Sprints (4x75m, 6x50m, 8x25m).
Thurs/Sun - easy swim for 30 mins to help relax.
Plus BW circuit 3xweek (Mon/Wed/Fri), I'm taking some time off the weights.
I do Jiu Jitsu Mon/Thurs and Boxing Tues/Wed.
Is that to much to ask of my body if I'm eating well? I don't take any supplements.
