What muscles on which days?

Right now I'm lifting as part of a weight loss plan.

For years, whenever I lifted I just did a full body workout 2-3 times a week.

This time I have being just working a couple areas per workout... and i like the results I am getting.

I want to lift 3 days a week. I want to work the following muscles: Bicep, tricep, Chest, Shoulders, Back, abs. (I bike all summer for my legs)

What is the best way to group these areas together over a 3 day rotation?


uh, why not hit the whole body each day? Snatches, cleans, presses, deads, squats, pull ups, dips, grip and ab work. Pick your poison.

OVT is kind of interesting... I might give it a try.
