I have always wondered if there are any sorts of supplements which one might want to consume prior to a fight. I am not refering to foods, but rather supplements such as caffeine, ephedrine, painkillers, etc. Sometimes before a hard workout I like to give myself a boost, and was wondering what fighters will consume before a fight.
i don't fight but i compete in grappling tournaments. i don't rely on energy pills before the tournament. i just take my vitamins, eat a samll breakfast(unless i have a weight problem) & drink alot of water
a nap is a good answer.
