I have legitimately lost 1.25 inches in height over 10yrs with my 3 herniated prolapsed discs.
And I have another MRI on Friday.
((My 7th MRI since 1999))
And from checking my records from the past then weighing/taking my height recently, I’m now only
5ft10.25,
And if I’m truly honest, 5ft 10.zero…
And when I get older I’ll prob lose a inch or 3, but still be taller than Rogain

This is a good one. I actually got to do a seminar of his last weekend so I rewatched all of his fights. Several people too tough for their own good when they fought Matt. It seemed like he took years off of Pete Sell and Erik Silva’s lives
