Hey all. I have had some problems lately with hip and shoulder stiffness after I roll, and was thinking that Yoga might help out. On that note, I borrowed the "Power Yoya" DVD, and I am going to follow along with it a little each day when I wake up to see if this helps to loosen me up. I don't really have the time to attend a Yoga class right now, so this is the best I can do at the moment. I just wanted to check if anyone else on here does Yoga and grapples. If so, has the Yoga had a positive impact on your grappling and the general state of your body as it relates to grappling?

Yoga is great for grappling.It is very hard.
I think doing yoga to stretch in the morning is a great idea. I have tons of chronic pain that has been solved by having a daily yoga practice.
