I’ve gone 6-1 since the Anderson fight, with wins in three weight classes against world-class competition. Considering my recent success along with my career accomplishments, I think I’ve pretty much earned the right to call out anyone in the world–and I believe I’ve demonstrated over the course of my career that I have a better than average chance of beating whomever it is I choose to call out. Whether you like it or not, Anderson and his management have done their best to avoid a rematch. I think I’ve proven myelf worthy to face him again, and if he believes I’m such an easy fight, why not take the payday? I would not have left the UFC if it wasn’t obvious that Anderson was avoiding a second fight, and he’s doing it again.

I’m really not sure why you’re choosing to respond to my original post with that ancient post from Dan. It really has absolutely nothing to do with what I was saying.

Shogun didn’t deliver any brutal KO shots to already lifeless opponents that I recall. I know you were just looking to be a cunt though and had no reason make such a comment about Shogun.

Hendo at his best is absolutely a very tough fight for any version of Shogun.

People like to attach some mythical powers to Shogun based on an amazing Pride GP.
While that was indeed one of the most impressive feats in MMA history – it doesn’t make him unbeatable.

I can’t do it bro. This is like telling me that the colour purple is more of a concept than a fact. That Shogun x Hendo was a work, or that “George Washington” was just the codeword for a band of Mexicans who actually built America.
