ESP-XC Daily Workouts

Great full body workout with former IFL Champ, Ryan Schultz. We will be using this thread to post daily workouts, so check back soon.

oh yay! SPAM!

 C.S.,

Actually, to be fair. They did listen to the complaints and cleared out all of the other posts. They now intend to place them all in a single thread.

If you do not like the stuff they are posting, don't visit the thread. If you have constructive things to offer, well hopefully they are open to some feedback.

So what are the benefits of these exercises? There seems to be a lot of commentary in this video, but no breakdown of the technique involved or what it achieves.

 ESP-XC BOSU Ball Workout!

These are strength and/or conditioning workouts. Alot of the work I do with my pro's is to increase their overall workout capacity using various pieces of equipment and big movements to recruit large muscle groups. These are not you're run of the mill training methods, very intense and very unique.

Taku, when I posted it, it was still spamming, with 6 posts (zeroed out by fabes), and a bunch of spam posts on the state forums.

If it stays here, I don't care.

On another issue, how's the changes to your website coming.

 Hey C.S.

Cool...no worries bro. I always appreciate your no-nonsense input. The web-site is coming along, slowly but surely (thanks for asking). There have been some delays in the turn around (tech stuff). I do think it will look a lot better and be muchmore user friendly when we are done.

I'll keep everyone posted. It will be totally free, once we re-boot.

On a totally seperate not, I am not a fan of the BOSU. I would never, ever, buy one. To me, it is one of the most gimicky pieces of crap equipment to ever come around.

P.S. The above comments are just my personal opinion. I do not plan on getting into a Pro / Con of the BOSU battle so please don't bother.

Well yes, obviously. But it'd be nice if you broke down the exercises into how to execute them properly, what areas of the body they work & how they're beneficial to fighting instead of just using them to plug products.

e.g. I've never heard of, or seen a "hip Hike" before, what is it & why?

 Killer 15 min workout!
