I feel your pain though - in this sport, fake fighters and posers abound - and since it's a contact sport where physical violence is essential and key, nothing ruffles a fighting man's feathers than this fake, posing bullshit - especially if you're the guy in the gym getting your ass beat on for six weeks straight so that you can be ready come the night of your fight.

I hear ya, I work with a guy who claims he manages Jake Shields and Jeff Monson. He also claims that Urijah Faber is thinkin of scrappin his manager and gonna be under this guy I work with.
Every time this guy comes around, he's got a new big name fighter in his stable. Yet he is never around them, and works a 8-4 job makin $11.00/hr.
Maybe someone will say "He's just keepin his job for the insurance." But his wife works and has better insurance than we do..
Keeps askin me if I amd going to fight again and if so he can get me fights against big name opponents. When the only big names he sees are on TV. Fuckin TOOL!

If someone is wearing Tapout or any of the other stuff just because they enjoy the sport it's cool whatever. What everyone has a problem with is the guy that doesn't train but is putting on the "I'm a cage fighter" show or just being an ass mad dogging everyone. I liked it better when if someone saw you wearing Tapout they knew what it was and would strike up a conversation, I actually met some cool training partners like that.
