I ain't getting lucrative for no 10k
So fighting for Bellator is kinda like working for commission?
Omar Comin - Pretty sure that means all 3 combined sponsors equal 35k total, not individually.
.
He's the Punk not the Fool. I'm sure he weighed his options and made the best choice he could.
I wonder too if he took a lower payday to get on the san jose card with that specific opponent. he is a san jose guy that basically ensured whoever sponsored him would get some winner camera time.
if he showed that purse as a UFC fighter everyone would go ape shit.
I'm going to assume his deal is a promotional deal - where he is being paid a large some for the appearances , media tour and possibly gate revenue ? I don't know what he benefit of this would be ? Is it taxed less ? Is it he took more of a partnership deal where his income is revenue sharing ? So they keep the cost down for bond reason ?
I don't know -
FOTN - Sponsorship money or not, it's a huge blunder on Thomson's part to accept just $10,000 a fight from Bellator. What was he thinking? He's worth far more than that.
You're only worth what someone is willing to pay for you. Have got to assume he shopped around and that this was the best deal for him when considering all other revenue streams. But were it only the disclosed pay, yeah, that's some shit.
Here's some pics of Joshs shorts from sherdog's event gallery

Neil McCauley - On an unrelated note, he came out to rappin 4 tays players club. That was awesome. What's awesome about it, the fact that he's got a ho named reel-to-reel or the fact that she's got a buddy named SP-12?
Maybe they gave him a big signing bonus or some other deal. Whatever it is , I'm sure Josh knows what he's doing.

That is fucking DOPE! I haven't heard that song in forever! I plan on watching the Bellator event tonight, I have only heard that Thomson wins in the 3rd and that Tito dominated the first 4 minutes and then got caught. I am shocked I haven't been more spoiled than that.
I'm going to listen to rapin 4 tay right now. That dude is old school.
For sure bro. It Brought back some memories from when i was about 15 that i had completely forgot. Its amazing how music can do that for you. I read they are using music to help give memories back to alzeimers patients so it makes sense.

Spinning Shit is too cool to argue with on this thread.

He claims that he was on the team after transferring from a community college but apparently was only enrolled for less than a month and refuses to talk about it.
.
he gets lucrative
Regardless of the real figures the other orgs just haven't been able to compete with the UFC in any facet.
With the new reebok sponsorship that seem to be so much less compared
To the sponsorship $ on offer previously has now opened the door for these other organisations to at least dangle a carrot worth serious consideration for fighters.
Probably made 100k in sponsors
The punk be gettin' lucrative.

It's risky though. "Sign with us! We will pay you peanuts, but maybe you can get some other guys to make up the shortfall!"
