Nate Diaz vs. Dustin Poirier...at 185?

How much do Nate really weight ? 185 is just dumb.

Heā€™s hoping Dustin would put on too much size and not have enough cardio to beat his ass for all 5 rds. Itā€™s a surprisingly brilliant move by Nate.

If they give Nate a fight at MW he will next be requesting a unlimited rounds fight at LHW vs Max Holloway were he is able to smoke joints between rounds and Nick will be allowed to give him nunchucks to use if he loses a round. No media before the fight either, bitchez.

Seriously, who asks to fight a former FW at MW?

This is as bad and without logic as Ali saying Gaethje should get the next title fight vs Charles and Dustin needs to wait. Yeah Ali, Gaehje deserves a second title fight coming off a title fight loss and not fighting for a year while the guy that beat him and just won two fights vs Conor has to get skipped over.

Id watch

Doesnā€™t matter what division they fight at Nate will out last him every single time. The Diaz brothers are Terminators they just donā€™t stop

Styles make fights - Nate beats Dustin.

They donā€™t stop getting their asses beat. They just run out of time.

Break it down for us please. Iā€™m curious how you see a guy with shit leg kick defense going against a guy with a good leg kicking game favoring the twiggy legged fighter with no kick defense. I mean, yeah, Dustin could get rocked and take down Nate and get tapped while hurt. But the probability isnā€™t that great. Nate gets hurt in most of his fights, and Dustin is a good finisher with the stamina to go for it.

This is a great point! Nate knows that his cardio and constant boxing pressure are his biggest advantages. Dana knows this as well, and is why he has been making special 5 round exceptions for nate in the last years, and now nick.

Iā€™m not saying youā€™re wrong but itā€™s kind of the managerā€™s job to push his guy.

Iā€™m in

Lol that guy is absurd. The ppl heā€™s mentioned for Usman to fight next, like Chiesa, clearly ducking Covington, is ridiculous.

Once again, I too think itā€™s ridiculous but itā€™s the managers job to get as much money for his clients (and hence himself) in the easiest way possible.

Iā€™d be more shocked if he wasnā€™t doing these things.

Just because he tries doesnā€™t mean they will come to fruition but itā€™s literally his job to try this shit.

I know he is just doing his job but its still fun to laugh at absurd things that biased people say.

Ali knows Gaethje is not getting the next title shot, he is just talking because then he can justify taking 10% or 20% or whatever cut Dominance gets from Justin.

Nateā€™s done

Lmfao yeah ok. He almost finished a top welterweight fighter. Imagine him at LW where he belongs. Heā€™ll kill those dudes

Dustin wants that red panty night. The whole LW and WW rosters lay awake at night praying to be picked by Nate for his next fight. Heā€™ll fight at any weight class Nate demands and like it.

Oh, how the tables have turned.

Or he would beat some tough fighters but lose to a lot of the elite LWs like he did in the past.

You mention he almost finished Leon, well Pettis went up to WW and did finish Thomson but he also just lost two fights back to back in the PFL and always struggled to put wins together in the later half of his UFC LW career.

Iā€™m sure if Nate was at LW he would do well but lets not act like he would be prime Penn or Khabib down there because we saw him down there and he was not that guy.

You know he is 0-4 vs real WWā€™s right? You are talking about him like he is GSP on his run or Khabib on his. It is laughable, he is not that guy.

No different than Dana. And yes it is amusing hearing them sell bullshit with zero credibility behind it knowing full well they donā€™t even believe what theyā€™re saying.

BJ_Penn_Forever gets it. Nate never was and never will be, that guy.
