SDdriver,
"EXPLOITED" man I used to listen to those guys all the time when I was in college. I had a bunch of there stuff on import release vinyl.
I was a serious punker back in the day. Big Mo-hawk. Leopard spots, chains, spikes, leather.
TSOL, JFA, Circle Jerks, Agent Orange, Fear, Exploited, Big Guitars From Texas...All kind a good stuff.
These days I make my own mixes with a smattering og old and new hard stuff.
Cake, Alice in chains, AC/DC, Yellow card, Green day, Sound Garden, STP...
TAKU
YellowCard's "Rough Landing, Holly" isn't a bad track. Lately it's been more hip-hop for me.
Biggie - "Kick In the Door" and "Hypnotize"
Jay-Z - "Takeover"
I crack a smile at John Cena's "Bad, bad man" also.
Peace.
Hatebreed, Shutdown, Strife, As friends rust, Deftones, Poison The well.
I have two CD's that I burned for working out. Here are the tracks of the first one:
AC/DC - Highway to Hell, You Shook Me All Night Long
Metallica - Enter Sandman, Until it Sleeps, King Nothing, 2x4, Don't Tread on me
Drowning Pool - Bodies, Tear Away, Sinner
Korn - Another Brick in the Wall Part II (Pink Floyd cover)
Slipknot - Duality
Green Day - Holiday, Boulevard of Broken Dreams
Guns N' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City
Jet - Cold Hard Bitch
I directly attribute a PB 1RM on the deadlift to Holiday.
Whoa...new tunes y'all.
Hard rock band is called "Shinedown" and I've got 4 tracks on a loop that I can't get enough of:
"Heroes"
"I Dare You"
"Atmosphere"
"Yer Majesty"
Good stuff. Lyrics to "I Dare You" are very inspirational.
Peace.
I also like bringing my boombox and cranking some Yanni.
