Is it just me or was this some of the best tiny details for an armbar you've ever seen? That pushing forward with your chest to push that arm youre going to armbar so you can get a better grip while pulling your own thigh tighter to close that gap was something ive missed. I can't wait to go armbar someone now.

I'm a brown belt - if I improve and get my black belt this year based on the improvements I'll make ... is it reasonable to call myself a roger Gracie black belt ??

i’m sure he’s a fantastic instructor but i just can’t get over the fact that dude is 6’4’’ and 215 lbs. i’m not sure how applicable his game would be to a person my size.

I'm a lot smaller but I've implemented some teachings very quickly and efficiently - it's not attribute based stuff in any way. It's understanding the concepts and minutiae of technique

The interface is good?
He doesn't do any commentary on the rolls and I do think that's a missed opportunity. Technique and concept videos themselves are great and I feel I've picked up a huge amount. Will I stay for the long term - depends on how well they update and improve the site
for anyone who does have access i watched closed guard specific sparring 04 today. Feel so sorry for the bloke who constantly gets swept by Roger and then when it's his turn Roger's first pass is absolutely horrible and folds the guy in two
