Probably my favorite fighter out of Japan since Sakuraba. I can't wait to see him in the Octagon. Hope he uses the same entrance that he did in K-1. That would be a nice addition to the PPV. It would add some class imo.

Akiyama is an awesome fighter. He is going to prove to everybody that he is a legit threat to Silva at 185. I'd pick him to smack Silva around right now.Akiyama has great striking, unbelievable TD defense and clinch game, and is great on the ground with his subs.Oh and he's 100% Korean.
