Uncle Creepy: Oh no she couldn't

Creepy's a smart man, sick of this PC bullshit that women are equal to men when it comes to physical abilities

Respect Phone Post 3.0

I like him a lot more when he doesn't talk. Phone Post 3.0

Bearded Collie Herds Orca - Heres an idea. Creepy, go throw on a judo gi, then challenge Ronda and live stream it.

"I think you'd be surprised"- Joe Rogan Phone Post 3.0
We can't even get anyone to fight Dave Lang, no dude is gonna fight Rousey.

And lol at him throwing her on her head, does he think she was training with only girls her whole life? Phone Post 3.0

I don't agree with everything Creepy says but he's right, this is getting way out of hand!

Put her in there with a low ranked guy and have him beat the breaks off her, just to cut the shit Phone Post 3.0

Someone's Napoleon complex is showing...

But but Dana said.... Phone Post 3.0

Agree with him 100%.

I agree with him.

horsemeat grew my head - He's one hundred percent right, and wrestlers know this because of exactly what he said. I wrestled "good" girls in highschool. I've rolled with a female black belt that got 3rd in adults and was a collegiate wrestler, they're just not strong enough. End of story. Phone Post 3.0
Yeah. Wrestlers know what's up. I can't tell you how many times I've practiced with a chick that was a x-time state champ or D-1 beast and just throttled her.

And I'm no world beater. Phone Post 3.0

I think he is implying at 3:00 that the armbar was less than legit? "That was a slick armbar, but i'm going to keep my other comments to myself about that situation."<br /><br />Cat did lose, but made an instant $100,000 and joined the economic upper class... and the opponents were nothing but cordial and share a tragic coincidence in their family history...
and Ronda also called a 15 second armbar. adding up maybe? Is that what uncle creepy might have been talking about?

<p>The definition of dominance in mixed martial arts was Royce Gracie at UFC 1, when he was the only person who knew what was going on. He beat Art Jimmerson and his one glove in 2:18. Then he beat Ken Shamrock in :57. And in the finals, Royce beat Gerard Gordeau who still had one of Teila Tuli&#39;s toothies embedded in his foot in 1:40.</p>

By contrast, Ronda Rousey's last three fights made Royce's numbers look like Helio Gracie vs. Waldemar Santana. Rousey beat Sara McMann in 1:04, and her coach called it - by liver shot. Rousey beat Alexis Davis in :16, and her coach called it - by overhand right. And she beat Cat Zingano in :14, and Rousey called it, telling TMZ she wanted to end it in under 15, and asking the interviewer to put it on Instagram.

Ronda Rousey's dominance is such that many are asking how she would do in the men's division. UFC color commentator Joe Rogan recently speculated that she might beat 50% of the men's division.

In a conversation with Rick J. Lee, top flyweight Ian McCall disagreed.

"They say all these comparisons to her fighting men," said McCall. "Even like Joe. I need to have a conversation with Joe about it, because she's not beating up a man. Like, I'm sorry, it's not going to happen.

"Like ..." then McCall paused choked and chuckled.

"I come from wrestling. Before there was a big female scene in wrestling, they would wrestle men. And it's not going to happen. A good man will not lose to Ronda Rousey.

"I could put a judo gi on, you're an Olympian. You're not throwing me. It's not going to happen. I will throw you on your head. Pretty simple. And you weigh more than me.

"I can't compartmentalize it or whatever. It doesn't make sense to me. I know it's all talk. They compare her to Tyson. She's dangerous, she's good, I get it. But it's just silly. And I can rant about it for a while, but I'm not going to.

"Ronda's definitely not the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. She's the best woman on the planet. That's cute. Cool. Well, you know, we're doing men things, heh. Different. I get it. You're really good and all but to compare her to Jon, or Jose, or Demetrious, or Cain Velasquez, come on - any of the champions. It's a different world. And, I don't know, it just frustrates me."

<div style="clear: left; line-height: 1px;height: 1px;">&nbsp;</div></blockquote>He's right. End of that cute fairy tell story White and Rogan are trying to sell to the casual fans. <img src="/images/phone/droid.png" alt="Phone Post 3.0" border="0" style="vertical-align:middle;"/>

Doesn't this completely contradict one of the core ideas of BJJ? That skill can overcome size and strength?

I think you'd be suprised Phone Post 3.0

time traveling 12er - Doesn't this completely contradict one of the core ideas of BJJ? That skill can overcome size and strength?

Creepy is pretty skilled himself

So let's go with what he's saying/ Men are stronger, faster, etc. I don't disagree. That said, so much of that is mitigated by the Gi. Her technique is light years ahead of his, and I believe she would throw him on his mustache.

This isn't a "state champion" wrestler. This is the best female mixed martial artist in the world who has spent 25 minutes total in the cage (half of that being Tate). Phone Post 3.0

is this relevant at all?

Keep in mind this is the same guy that isn't impressed with Michael Phelps... He likes being talked about. Phone Post 3.0

"Mr McCall, could you please report to Principal Dana's office?"

- Buffer

I imagine Dana with the Principal McVicker voice. "M-m-m-mr. McCall.."

Also, this thread needs that Nick Ring gif. You know the one. Phone Post 3.0

Ian's probably upset more folk know and talk about Ronda than his entire division.

It is a bit strange how the little fellas get so little respect. It's got to the point now where even Rogan is saying Ronda could destroy them.

Hard to build a men's division when the perception is women can destroy them for Gods sake!
