EDIT: I didn't read the whole post, I'd have to say GSP vs Koscheck was one fight I remember watching where I thought the other fighter had nothing to offer. Same with the Shields fight.

I always think of GSP vs Fitch first. While it isn't close to the most one sided fight period it's definitely the most one sided championship fight that goes the distance I think. What a rape.
