Meet Celine Haga a Norweigen Atomweight/Strawweight fighting out of the Jackson- Wink Gym in NM. Celine is 6-13 in MMA but she has a Lions heart and continues to pursue her dream, win or lose. Last month, Celine lost her last fight against Kyra Batara by decision but she is fighting again on the 26th Jun against Alyssa "Tiny Tim" Garcia . Much respect to you Celine

Heard Muay Thai champ Valentina Shevchenko is trying very hard to sign with UFC. Her Legacy fight was cancelled when Carina Damm backed out and they could not find another opponent. Like with Holly Holm before her, there is very little talent at 135 outside of UFC, and Legacy cannot find opponents for Valentina. Shevchenko was really hoping to impress Dana White who attended the Legacy show. She will concentrate on kickboxing until UFC calls.
Also heard Aldana plans to sign with UFC after winning the Invicta belt. UFC has zero interest in Tonya Evinger, so she might end up with that belt by default.
Most of Van Duin's fights were finished in later rounds. Wonder if she can hang with Cyborg...

Yeah, Herica Tiburcio is cute as a cat and expressively over the top emotional as most brazilians are (eyes closed tight, in extremes of yelling, thanking god, collapsed on mat shaking, writhing around in victorious emotion, etc).
But she does not speak English. We're all in this to make money. She wouldn't be very marketable in the UFC.

Thank you for the update. Kalindra Faria was the replacement for Carina Damm but she was having visa issues. Invictas Raquel Pa'aluhi offered to step up to replace Faina but that obviously didnt come to fruition. Below is a picture of Valentina talking with Dana at the Legacy FC 42 event

I previously asked if Aldana and Grasso not winning belts will effect their signing to the UFC. I am inclined to believe that they probably already have signed. We might see evidence of this in Aldana's fight purse when the figures are released. Please accept a vote up for your contribution :)

Shafir is coming off a 37-second knockout loss in her last professional fight.
